Several years ago I had an inspiration to create crosses using a technique that I had incorporated into one of my paintings. Sculptures made from fabric, formed with many different layers over a wire armature and finished in many different colors, make every single cross individually unique.
I feel that each piece is touched by the Spirit and so cannot be used to pattern another. Much like individual snowflakes, each cross is distinctive and truly "one-of-a-kind."
